Navigator Inventory

Navigator Inventory

Navigator Inventory assists small businesses to effectively manage inventory levels through the use of barcode technology. This module allows inbound and outbound stock to be matched against the MYOB Purchase Order and Invoice at receipt and despatch time. To confirm the correct despatch of items, a hand-held barcode reader attached to a PC is used. Navigator Inventory prevents "overpicks" and prints discrepancy reports to allow adjustments to invoices to occur after goods are despatched.

Navigator Inventory also tracks serial numbers, recording the entire history of each item from receipt to despatch. The in-built RMA module allows you to track and manage items returned for repair or credit - all from within the Navigator console.

Navigator Small-Business: Navigator Inventory can be upgraded to the Navigator Small Business Package, which includes the ability to perform wireless receiving, picking and stocktake.

Navigator PickIT (Small Business Package)

Navigator PickIT improves the productivity and accuracy of pick slip processing through the use of barcoding and mobile technologies. PickIT integrates to MYOB with Item Invoices being available for picking within seconds of the pickslip being printed. To improve the overall picking speed, PickIT displays the "next item" on the screen of a portable, hand-held computer in bin location sequence. To improve accuracy, every item to be picked is scanned with errors detected and corrected before they cost you money!
